Stephen Goolsby, Director of Operations, is a licensed agent with over 6 years experience in the DC real estate market and has been with The Martin and Jeff Group since 2003. His function as the Director of Operations is two fold. First, over sees the marketing planning and implementation of the company’s many listings. Each listing is unique and with today’s volatile market, Stephen will create a customized marketing strategy that that will work best for you and your property. His second function is to oversee a smooth and successful transaction of each property. Stephen has extensive experience with the administrative side of the real estate process; his attention to detail and personable nature complete the picture, and make him a real asset to the Martin and Jeff group.


Donna Brant comes to real estate after a successful career in television.

Donna is the owner and president of donnabrant productions, LLC, a boutique production company focused on assisting non-profits. She is a 19-year veteran of the FOX reality television show America's Most Wanted and the only woman to ever hold the senior position of Supervising Producer. She also has ten years experience with NBC News, where she was then the youngest assignment editor to manage the Washington DC news desk operation. Donna holds a B.A. from The George Washington University and an M.A. from Boston University. Her biography is listed in Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the East, and Who's Who in the Media and Communications.

In 2009, Donna earned her real estate license to pursue her long standing interest in real estate and share her talents to assist the public with housing issues.

Susan Hazard, Sales Associate, was the Regional Director and Vice President of the United States offices of the $140 million dollar operation of a global aircraft charter broker firm recognized world-wide for its expertise in all facets of the aircraft charter industry, including humanitarian relief, crisis evacuation and commercial and executive aircraft solutions. She was Director of the White House Travel Office and a Special Assistant to President William Jefferson Clinton. She was responsible for the management of the multi-million dollar White House Press Corps travel, financial, and logistics program. She worked closely with the press, senior staff, United States secret service, embassy officials, foreign government representatives, and negotiated all global contracts for this office.

Susan is a Washington, D.C. native and knows the local housing market very well. She offers buyers and sellers' full-service marketing and global resources to meet their goals.
